By completing registration and payment, participants acknowledge that:
- Access to digital content constitutes commencement of service delivery.
- Value is derived immediately upon access, not only upon course completion.
2. No Refund After Access
All sales are final once course access has been granted.
Access includes, but is not limited to:
- Issuance of login credentials
- Access to learning portal or recordings
- Access to live session links
- Download of course materials
- Inclusion in participant community groups
Once any of the above has occurred, fees are non-refundable.

For cohort-based, live or scheduled programmes:
- Withdrawal less than 14 days before programme commencement is non-refundable.
- BOS may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time deferral to a future cohort within 12 months.
- Deferrals do not constitute refunds.
Failure to attend live sessions does not entitle the participant to a refund.

Where a participant elects to pay by instalments:
- The full course fee remains payable once access is granted.
- Immediate suspension of access
- Withholding of certificates
- Recovery action if necessary
