Welcome to the Business of Sports Institute (“BOS Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.bosinstitute.com (“Site”), online courses, digital products, consulting services, and any related platforms or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • All course materials, site content, logos, and trademarks are owned by BOS Institute or its licensors and protected under the Copyright Act (Cap C28, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004).

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal learning only.

  • Unauthorised copying, commercial use, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • Fees are payable in various currencies across Africa primarily Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD), as specified.

  • Payments are processed via approved payment gateways compliant with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other applicable regulations.

  • All fees must be paid in full before access to a course is granted.

  • Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable once a course has commenced. For subscription services, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

  • Our Site may include links to third-party websites or tools. BOS Institute is not responsible for their availability, policies, or content.

  • Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • BOS Institute does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific outcomes from course participation.

  • To the extent permitted under Nigerian law, BOS Institute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in question.

You agree to indemnify BOS Institute, its directors, employees, instructors, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  • Parties shall first seek to resolve disputes through amicable settlement or mediation.

  • Where unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Nigeria under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023, with proceedings conducted in English.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after such updates indicates acceptance.
